Shijiazhuang Chenxing Industry Co., Ltd Class A fire-retardant boards utilize premium vermiculite from Xinjiang. After screening and air-cycling to remove impurities, the material undergoes high-temperature expansion to form porous, fluffy expanded vermiculite. Expanded vermiculite and adhesive are mixed in a specific ratio, thoroughly blended, and then pressed at high temperatures to form the board. Since the primary material is expanded vermiculite—which is inherently porous and non-combustible—and the adhesive is fire-resistant, the resulting board is non-combustible, heat-insulating, fire-resistant, and thermally insulating.
