Shijiazhuang Chenxing Industrial has over 20 years of experience producing various vermiculite fireproof boards. Through years of accumulated production technology and expertise, coupled with continuous innovation, we have independently developed and manufactured a series of new vermiculite thermal insulation and fireproof materials. Examples include ceramic vermiculite insulation boards, non-corrosive thermal insulation boards, high-density vermiculite boards, and corrosion-resistant thermal insulation boards. These advanced vermiculite insulation boards utilize premium expanded vermiculite as the primary raw material. Inorganic powders and binders are uniformly blended in precise proportions. The mixture is then molded under pressure, undergoes ambient curing, high-temperature drying, low-temperature conditioning, and final finishing processes. They exhibit outstanding thermal insulation properties, high-temperature resistance, chemical stability, and mechanical strength. Widely applied in thermal insulation for various high-temperature equipment across industries such as steel, metallurgy, power generation, chemical processing, and building materials, these products achieve Class A non-combustible fire-rated boards with 3-hour fire resistance.

The manufactured ceramic vermiculite insulation boards were submitted to a third-party authoritative testing institution for inspection. Testing was conducted in accordance with the following national standards:
GB/T5486-2008 “Test Methods for Inorganic Rigid Insulation Products,” YB/T2208-1998 “Test Method for High-Temperature Compressive Strength of Refractory Castables,” YB/T4130-2005 “Test Method for Thermal Conductivity of Refractory Materials,” and GB/T6900-2016 “Chemical Analysis Methods for Aluminosilicate Refractories.” All indicators met the design specifications.
