Granular furnace refractory bricks are manufactured by hot-pressing high-quality expanded vermiculite with a specific proportion of binder. This product boasts a refractoriness of 1150°C while providing excellent thermal insulation. Lighter than ordinary clay bricks, it has a density ranging from 500-800 kg/m³. We can produce bricks of varying weights to meet specific customer requirements. The room-temperature strength of Granular Furnace Refractory Bricks is 4.67 MPa, allowing for cutting, drilling, and slotting. Custom shapes can be manufactured according to customer specifications.
