Manufactured using natural expanded vermiculite as the primary raw material, combined with organic materials in specific proportions, it is formed through a high-temperature, high-pressure pressing process. The testing center evaluated key properties of corrosion-resistant insulation boards, including bulk density, compressive strength at room temperature, flexural strength at room temperature, linear shrinkage rate, thermal conductivity, and loss on ignition. The boards demonstrated a density of 1253 kg/m³, with compressive strength reaching 11.94 MPa and flexural strength at 8.27 MPa—significantly exceeding specified standards. Thermal conductivity (hot face temperature 800±25°C) ≤0.298; LOI (1025°C) ≤3.89. Content levels of SiO₂, Al₂O₃, MgO, and other components were also tested, with all indicators meeting standards. Beyond high resistance to most chemical corrosives, the corrosion-resistant insulation board offers advantages including high strength, low thermal conductivity, excellent thermal stability, minimal deformation, resistance to powdering, and ease of installation.
