Corrosion-Resistant Insulation Panels are specialized functional panels designed to provide thermal insulation and heat retention in corrosive environments. They address the critical challenge of achieving insulation in corrosive industrial settings, offering notable advantages such as energy efficiency, durability, safety, and ease of installation and maintenance. These panels are primarily used in environments requiring insulation where acids, alkalis, salts, solvents, or other corrosive media are present, including metallurgy, chemical processing, petroleum refining, pharmaceutical manufacturing, food processing, electroplating, and wastewater treatment.

Some corrosion-resistant insulation panels feature a composite structure, where the insulating core material and corrosion-resistant surface layer are tightly bonded through specific processes (such as continuous lamination or adhesive bonding) to form an integrated panel. Core insulation materials include rigid polyurethane foam, extruded polystyrene boards, phenolic foam, PIR foam, etc. Corrosion-resistant facing/protective layers include materials like fiberglass, stainless steel sheets, aluminum alloy sheets, specially coated steel sheets, and PVC/CPVC plastic sheets.
Chenxing Corrosion-Resistant Insulation Panels represent a new multifunctional material integrating corrosion resistance and thermal insulation properties. This product utilizes natural expanded vermiculite as the primary raw material, blended with organic materials in specific proportions, and formed through high-temperature, high-pressure compression. As a silicate mineral, expanded vermiculite unique flaky layered structure endows the product with exceptional chemical corrosion resistance, effectively withstanding erosion from most corrosive substances. The layered microporous structure of expanded vermiculite provides the board with strong thermal insulation and fireproofing properties. This also grants the insulation board characteristics such as low thermal conductivity, stable thermal performance, resistance to deformation and powdering, and ease of installation.
Chenxing Corrosion-Resistant Insulation Board has a density of approximately 1253 kg/m³; its compressive strength at room temperature reaches 11.94 MPa, and its flexural strength reaches 8.27 MPa. Thermal conductivity (hot face temperature 800±25°C) ≤0.298; LOI (1025°C) ≤3.89. Chenxing Corrosion-Resistant Insulation Board contains 40-60% SiO₂, 15-30% Al₂O₃, and ≥7% MgO. All indicators meet standard requirements. In addition to high resistance to most chemical corrosive substances, vermiculite corrosion-resistant insulation boards feature high strength, ease of installation, and customizable production. Chenxing offers customized manufacturing for specifications, dimensions, thickness, configurations, and special performance requirements based on client needs. This product has achieved large-scale production, providing stable supply for various engineering projects.
