Description
Shijiazhuang Chenxing Industry Co., Ltd manufactures various models of vermiculite pipe insulation supports. When raw vermiculite ore undergoes high-temperature calcination, its volume rapidly expands 8-20 times. The expanded material has a density of 130-180 kg/m³, offering exceptional thermal insulation properties. During production, the vermiculite is blended with 15% high-temperature resistant adhesive and 5% other insulating materials. The mixture is thoroughly blended until it forms a non-sticky, ball-shaped mass when squeezed by hand. It is then molded under high pressure for approximately two hours before the mold is removed and the product is allowed to cool naturally.
High-temperature resistant vermiculite pipe supports represent an innovative eco-friendly material. Non-toxic, odorless, sound-insulating, and heat-resistant, they pose no atmospheric pollution. Their adjustable hardness, thickness, and lightweight characteristics make them irreplaceable compared to other foam materials. Capable of both hot and cold pressing, they can also be produced in flame-retardant variants. Applications include automotive, aerospace, construction, HVAC, and petroleum pipeline insulation. Product Characteristics Thermal Insulation Its fine, independent bubble structure effectively reduces energy exchange caused by air convection, making it ideal for insulation pipes and panels. It also possesses anti-condensation properties, rendering it exceptionally suitable as insulation material in humid environments such as refrigerators, air conditioners, and cold storage facilities.
