Our independently developed vermiculite insulation boards are manufactured by uniformly blending premium high-temperature expanded vermiculite, binders, and specific inorganic materials. The production process involves pressing, low-temperature curing, high-temperature drying, quality inspection, and packaging. The resulting vermiculite insulation boards exhibit outstanding thermal insulation properties, resisting vaporization and combustion at high temperatures. They can be customized to various dimensions and shapes according to customer specifications.
Production Process for Vermiculite Insulation Boards:
Raw Material Preparation: Select high-quality expanded vermiculite, expanding agents, binders and other raw materials. Mix these components in specified proportions to form a uniform blend.
Board Moulding: Combine vermiculite particles with an appropriate quantity of binder. Form the mixture within moulds, then subject it to pressing, low-temperature curing and drying processes to produce insulation boards. During pressing, adjust the pressurisation settings and mould dimensions according to the required board thickness and dimensions.
Post-Processing:
Process the formed insulation boards through cutting, trimming, and other finishing operations to meet customer specifications.
Inspection and Packaging:
Subject the insulation boards to rigorous quality inspection. Upon passing inspection, proceed with packaging for shipment preparation.
