    Vermiculite insulation board is manufactured by hot or cold pressing expanded vermiculite with a specific amount of binder. This process yields high strength and toughness. The board also features thermal insulation, heat resistance, fireproofing, and asbestos-free properties. When heated to 1200°C, it does not emit gases harmful to human health and achieves Class A fire rating. This product can be used in fire door cores, fireplace linings, and wall materials.

    Vermiculite insulation boards represent a new building material still in its infancy in China. The country primarily exports vermiculite raw materials, with finished products rarely utilized domestically. However, domestic market demand has gradually increased in recent years. Developed nations like the United States, United Kingdom, and France have widely adopted them since the 1980s.
