Corrosion-Resistant Insulation Board is a multifunctional panel combining corrosion resistance and thermal insulation properties. It is manufactured by high-temperature pressing a mixture of natural expanded vermiculite and a specific proportion of organic materials. Expanded vermiculite, a silicate mineral, possesses a unique flaky layered structure that offers high tolerance to most chemical corrosive substances. Additionally, it features high strength, low thermal conductivity, excellent thermal stability, resistance to deformation and powdering, and ease of installation.
