    Shijiazhuang Chenxing Industrial has over 20 years of experience producing various vermiculite boards. Through years of accumulated production technology and expertise, we have continuously innovated and independently developed a series of new thermal insulation, heat-resistant, and fireproof vermiculite boards. Our ceramic vermiculite insulation boards are manufactured using premium expanded vermiculite as the primary raw material. This is blended with inorganic powders and binders in precise proportions, then processed through molding, pressing, room-temperature curing, high-temperature drying, low-temperature curing, and final finishing. These boards exhibit outstanding thermal insulation properties, high-temperature resistance, chemical stability, and mechanical strength. They are widely applied in thermal insulation for various high-temperature equipment across industries such as steel, metallurgy, power generation, chemical processing, and building materials. The products achieve Class A non-combustible fire-resistant board functionality with a 3-hour fire rating.
